An Experienced and Dedicated Team
Sharon Manning, co-director and lead teacher in the Bears’ classroom, has been working at Little Red Schoolhouse since 1993. She attended the elementary education program at North Adams State College (currently known as Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts), with a minor in music education. Mrs. Manning has additional training in the early childhood field, is a certified Kindermusik instructor, and is director- and lead teacher-certified through the Office of Child Care Services. She sits on the advisory board and training committee of the Northern Berkshire Community Partnership and the kindergarten-readiness committee of the Williamstown Elementary School.

Stacy Pilot, co-director and lead teacher in the Cubs’ classroom, has been working at Little Red Schoolhouse since 1995. She attended the early childhood program at Berkshire Community College, is director – and lead teacher – certified through the Office of Child Care Services, and is a member of the Northern Berkshire Community Partnership. Mrs. Pilot enjoys open-ended art projects with her students where they experience a wide array of art materials and practices.
